Major Changes

  • Players can now purchase eggs guaranteeing a Pokemon for candy. These eggs will also have increased chances of being shiny and having rare egg moves! This option is unlocked after you buy the passive for the Pokemon.
  • Players can now select starters that will become legal in challenges (like Magikarp for mono-flying)

  • Challenges have been added! A whole new way to play the game has been introduced! Right now there are two new modifiers that you can apply to your new runs, challenging yourself to only use Pokemon of a specific type or generation… or both!
  • Egg pity has been added! Now you will be guaranteed eggs if you rolled enough. Furthermore, this change also will guarantee a new Starter after enough types of the same egg have been hatched!

Not only that, but there is a reward of an Egg Voucher Plus for EACH unique ribbon earned this way! Try out some new Pokémon and teams in classic mode! Completion ribbons will be displayed in both the starter menu and Pokémon summary tab.

Major Changes

  • You can now earn candies for your Pokémon through friendship! Increasing your Pokémon's friendship throughout runs will contribute to earning candies for the starter of that species. The lower the default cost of the starter, the lower the friendship requirement. This friendship gained for candy is also DOUBLED in classic mode, so maybe it's time you paid another visit to your friends Ivy and Finn!
  • To balance this new way of earning candies, duplicate candies can no longer be earned in dailies, though you'll still keep any starters, IVs, natures, and abilities you find there.
  • Egg moves have been updated yet again.
  • Stat changes are now visible in-game! (Press shift or C)

Minor Changes

  • Luck cap is now 14 and shinies take the luck bonus of both fused components.
  • Starter luck is the max of the species' luck which means you can take whichever version you think looks the nicest, though caught Pokémon still retain the luck bonus of their specific variant.
  • Any Pokémon you already own can now be caught in the final biome of classic mode.
  • Alcremie and Furfrou now have their variant forms.
  • Pokémon Let's Go Pikachu & Eevee movesets implemented.
  • Porygon line is now Rare instead of Super Rare in the Factory.

  • Fixed a bug where a fused Shedinja could have 9 luck.

Major Changes

  • There's been a shake-up to the way shiny Pokémon affect item reward rolls! There's now a visible stat “luck” that displays how likely it is for each item reward to randomly upgrade. How does it work? Maybe the new shiny variants hold some kind of clue?
  • To celebrate this new change, there is a double shiny weekend that lasts until 4/29! Good luck!
  • More egg moves have been updated! If you see any changes, don't freak out!

  • Endless has now gotten a revamp! Instead of random biomes every floor, the game now progresses through a random number of floors on a biome before moving onto the next one.
  • The effectiveness of damage, protection, and endure tokens have been halved to hopefully allow more variety in Endless runs.
  • Status tokens are also now given in a random order.
  • No, your egg moves changing is not a bug, there's been a large amount of egg move updates!
  • Dynamax has been buffed! Dynamax'd Pokémon now can no longer be disabled, flinched, or affected by weight moves. Wait, what's that rumbling I hear behind me…?

Major Changes

  • Shiny variants of certain Pokémon have now arrived! There are currently 3 tiers of shiny variance for Pokémon (60%/30%/10%), so keep your eyes peeled! You never know when you might see something unexpected!
  • To celebrate this change to shiny Pokémon, this weekend, April 19-April 22, wild Pokémon have a 3x chance of being shiny! Happy hunting!

  • More dialogue lines for various trainers.

Bugfixes

  • Maylene was shirking her gym leader responsibilities, but now properly appears in the Dojo.
  • Strong winds was not reducing super effective damage properly. A certain trainer is sure to love this change…
  • Gyro Ball was using the wrong damage formula.

Major Changes

  • Pokémon now give candy when caught or hatched.
  • Caught Pokémon give +1 candy and hatched Pokémon give +2 candy while bosses give a 2x multiplier and shinies give a 5x multiplier.
  • Candies can be spent to unlock Passive (second) abilities for your starters as well as reducing their starting costs by up to twice!
  • There's been a huge overhaul in egg moves and Pokémon level up movesets. This mostly affects Gen 4 Pokémon, but some other Pokémon have also had their moves tweaked!

Minor Changes

  • Crit chance has been updated to Gen 7 chances.
  • Paralysis now only halves speed instead of quartering it.

QOL

  • The starter select screen now displays a tiny shard icon to denote if you have unlocked the hidden ability of a Pokémon.
  • Added option to skip EXP gain animation for team.

Bugfixes

  • The legendary gacha had an error where it was giving less epic eggs than it was supposed to. That has been fixed now!
  • Shedinja now properly copies the moveset of the Nincada it came from.
  • Incorrect NPC trainer names.
  • Sacred Ash has now been made cheaper and can only be bought if there are fainted members.
