Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What does it mean when a Pokémon has a purple box around it on the starter select?

  • Each daily reset will see 3 random starter Pokémon be given Pokérus.

More details here.

  • If your Starter has a blue and purple icon beside it, it has a hidden ability
  • If you have multiple abilities you can switch between them by pressing E

Q. Why is there a heart next to my Eevee/Pikachu

  • A heart icon signifies that that is the partner Pikachu/Eevee
  • If you have both versions you can switch between them by pressing F

  • (P) means partially implemented. Move Stats (BP, PP, Accuracy, Priority) are implemented, additional effects are usually not.

See all (P) and (N) moves and abilities here

  • Completing a Daily Run will earn you an Egg Voucher Premium (10x eggs) to use in the egg gacha for beating it once each day.

Q. When I finish wave 5850 in endless, the game stops.

  • Currently when you beat wave 5850 in either of the Endless modes the game will run out of tokens to give to the enemy Pokémon, causing the game to soft lock. There have been rare instances where this was bypassed, but this is the normal behavior for now.

More details here.

Q. I have a Shiny Charm or there is a Shiny Weekend event. Do these effect hatching eggs?

  • The Shiny Charm only effects the wild Pokémon in your run. Not the eggs you get from the Gacha Machines.
  • Events will state in the announcement if the increased shiny chance only effects wild Pokémon or also eggs, however, to date no shiny weekend event has affected eggs.

Q. There is an event. How do I make sure my game is updated?

  • Read the announcement to be sure, but typically clearing your browser's cache will do it.
  • (Ctrl + F5) or go to browser settings and select clear browsing data.
